1. Introduction
Straits Signature operates this website and provides artisanal pineapple tarts made in Malacca. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By continuing to use our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Product Information
We take great care in crafting and photographing our products. However, due to the handmade nature of our tarts, there may be slight variations in size, shape, and appearance. Photos on the site are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Order Processing & Lead Time
All orders are baked fresh upon confirmation. We require a minimum of 1 day to process and prepare your order. During peak seasons or promotional periods, additional processing time may apply. Please plan your orders accordingly.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. We accept online payments through FPX, major credit/debit cards, and selected eWallets. Full payment is required at the time of order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Malaysia (excluding Singapore, Sarawak and Sabah) using trusted third-party courier services. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or absence at the delivery location.
Store pickup or self-collection options may be available and will be stated during checkout.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photo evidence.
Refunds or replacements will be processed upon verification.
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us directly. After that, cancellations may not be guaranteed.
7. Allergy & Ingredient Disclosure
Our tarts contain common ingredients such as wheat flour, butter, sugar, and eggs. While we take care in food preparation, our products may be made in a facility that handles nuts and other allergens.
Our products are Muslim-friendly and currently in the process of Halal certification.
8. Custom Orders, Events & OEM Supply
Straits Signature provides custom bulk orders for corporate events, weddings, and OEM supply. Terms for such arrangements may vary and will be outlined in separate agreements upon request.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, texts, and graphics, are the property of Straits Signature. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without our written permission is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms
