Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Straits Signature, we strive to deliver our pineapple tarts in perfect condition and with exceptional service. Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, we have outlined the following Refund & Cancellation Policy:


1. Perishable Goods Policy

All our products are freshly baked upon order and fall under the category of perishable goods. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or personal taste preferences.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only provided under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged products upon arrival

  • Missing items in the order

To qualify, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging

  • Order number and details

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.


3. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once baking or packing has started, we are unable to cancel the order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.


4. Delivery Issues

We work with third-party couriers to deliver your orders safely and on time. While we do our best to monitor each delivery, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier company

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Incomplete delivery due to recipient unavailability

Please ensure your shipping information is correct and that someone is available to receive the delivery.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after product has been baked or shipped

  • Minor differences in product appearance due to handmade nature

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste


6. How Refunds Are Processed

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7– 14 working days.

  • In some cases, we may offer a store credit or a replacement product instead.
