   1. What is the shelf life of Straits Signature Handcrafted Traditional Pineapple Tarts?

• Our tarts are best enjoyed within 30 days from the baking date when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. For longer storage, you may keep them in the chiller, where they can last up to 3 months without compromising quality.

   2. How do I reheat the tarts after storing them in the chiller?

• Preheat your oven to 180°C, then turn off the heat completely. Place the tarts inside and leave them for 10–15 minutes with the residual heat. This gentle method brings out the buttery aroma without overbaking the jam, which could otherwise become hard. Avoid continuous baking, as it may affect the tart’s texture.

   3. What is the size and weight of each tart?

• Each tart measures approximately 58mm in diameter and weighs around 25grams each. This is averagely bigger than most tarts available in the market, giving you more filling and a richer bite. As each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur—but the quality is always consistent.

   4. Do your tarts contain any artificial preservatives or colouring?

• No, we do not use any artificial preservatives or colouring in our tarts. Everything is made with natural ingredients and kept fresh through proper baking and storage. As bakers, we enjoy our pineapple tarts too—so we make them the same way we’d serve to our own family. Honest, clean, and delicious.

   5. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

• Since our tarts are made fresh upon order, we require at least 1 day to prepare them. For delivery within Peninsula Malaysia, orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your location and the schedule of our appointed courier.
• Self-pickup is also available during our business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 5:30pm) at your selected time, or we’ll advise you if there’s any change.

   6. Can I walk in to your store to purchase?

• We currently operate on a pre-order basis to ensure every tart is freshly baked. Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend placing an order at least 1 day in advance to avoid disappointment, as we may not have ready stock available.

   7. Is your tart Muslim-Friendly and Halal Certified?

• Yes, our tarts are Muslim-friendly. We use only halal-certified ingredients and maintain strict hygiene throughout the baking process. Our tarts are lovingly baked by Muslim baker assistants who are passionate about traditional cookies. While we’re not officially certified by JAKIM yet, we are currently in the application process—stay tuned for updates!

   8. Do you offer contract manufacturing for F&B outlets?
